MYBAnet Subcription Form


The minimum criteria to be considered for MYBAnet subscription are as follows: :
• The applicant firm must prove that they have been performing as a bona fide charter brokerage company for a minimum of one year.
• The applying broker requires a minimum of three references from different brokers with whom charters have been contracted
by the applicant under the name of the applicant firm (two of the referees must be MYBA members).
• Give the names of at least five yachts on which charters have been contracted in the applicant company’s name.
